Welcome to the Author Guidelines for the AI Tech International Journal (AITIJ). AITIJ is a semi-annual, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing artificial intelligence research and its multidisciplinary applications.
To ensure a smooth submission and review process, please prepare your manuscript according to the guidelines outlined below.
1. Scope and Topics
AITIJ invites original research articles, review papers, case studies, and technical notes spanning theoretical advancements and real-world applications of AI. Topics include, but are not limited to:
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Computational Linguistics
- Computer Vision & Pattern Recognition
- Robotics & Autonomous Systems
- AI Ethics, Safety, & Policy
- Internet of Things (IoT) & Smart Systems
- Big Data Analytics & Data Science
- Multidisciplinary AI Applications (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Sustainability)
2. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
General Formatting
- Language: AITIJ accepts manuscripts in Multiple Languages (primarily English). Manuscripts must be clear, concise, and grammatically correct.
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) or LaTeX format.
- Typography: Standard font (e.g., Times New Roman or Calibri, 12pt, 1.5 line spacing, 1-inch margins).
- Length: Original research papers should generally be between 4,000 and 8,000 words, including references.
Key Sections of the Manuscript
- Title Page (Separate File for Double-Blind Review):
- Paper Title (concise and informative)
- Full Names, Affiliations, ORCID IDs, and Email Addresses of all authors
Designation of the Corresponding Author with full contact details
- Main Manuscript File (Anonymized):
- Title: Identical to the title page.
- Abstract: A single paragraph of 150–250 words summarizing the background, objective, methodology, key results, and conclusion.
- Keywords: 4 to 6 relevant keywords separated by commas.
- Introduction: Context, research gap, objectives, and main contributions.
- Methodology/Proposed Framework: Detailed description of methods, algorithms, architecture, or theoretical models.
- Results and Discussion: Experimental evaluation, quantitative/qualitative results, and comparison with baseline models.
- Conclusion & Future Work: Summary of findings and potential future research directions.
- Acknowledgments & Funding: (Optional) Include post-review upon acceptance.
- References: APA or IEEE standard reference style (ensure DOI links are included where available).
3. Editorial & Peer Review Policies
Double-Blind Peer Review Process
To maintain academic rigor and fairness, AITIJ utilizes a Double-Blind Peer Review system.
- Authors must ensure that the main manuscript file contains no author names, affiliations, or explicit self-identifying statements.
- All submissions undergo initial screening by the Editorial Team. Submissions meeting basic journal standards are sent to independent experts in the field.
Plagiarism & Publication Ethics
- Plagiarism Screening: All submitted manuscripts are screened using Turnitin prior to peer review.
- Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding standard thresholds (typically >15–20% excluding references) or containing uncredited copied text will be rejected immediately.
- Ethical Standards: Authors must adhere to international ethical standards regarding authorship, data integrity, and conflicts of interest.
4. Submission & Publication Workflow
- Submission Channel: Authors must submit manuscripts via the official online submission portal at techaijournal.com/index.php/AIjournal.
- Continuous Publication: Accepted papers are published online on a continuous basis within the active semi-annual issue.
- Indexing & DOI: Published articles are assigned a Crossref DOI and indexed in Google Scholar.
5. Open Access, Copyright, & Permissions
- Open Access: AITIJ is an Open Access journal. Articles are freely available to the global academic community immediately upon publication.
- Copyright: Copyright for published articles is retained under Octopus Publication, Hong Kong.
- Third-Party Material: Authors are responsible for obtaining written permissions to reuse any previously published tables, figures, or extensive quotes.
